[Important] Suspicious messages following unauthor

The provider of the reservation management system used by our hotel has reported unauthorized access by a third party, and some guest information may have been viewed or obtained. As a result, some guests have received suspicious messages via WhatsApp and other channels asking them to confirm their reservation, re-enter credit card details, or make urgent payments. We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this has caused.

Reservations that may be affected (all of the following apply):

Booked on or before September 21, 2026
Stay date on or after September 21, 2026
The guest uses WhatsApp

If you receive a suspicious message via WhatsApp, other messaging apps, email or SMS:

Do not open any URLs or links
Do not enter credit card or personal information
Do not reply
Do not make any payment or transfer as instructed
To confirm your reservation, contact our hotel or the official support of the booking site you used

If you have entered card details on a suspicious website or made a payment, please contact your card issuer immediately.

We will never ask you to enter card details or make payments via WhatsApp or other messaging apps. The cause of the unauthorized access has been identified and fixed as of September 26, and we will post further updates on this page.
